Welcome to Bawa Medical. I was born in New Delhi, India into a family rooted in the military and academia, both of which shaped much of my outlook on life. I completed an honors degree in English Literature at the University of Delhi followed by another degree in English Literature as well as pre-medical courses at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed an internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at South Pointe Hospital/ Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

You might wonder why I changed the course of my career from Emergency Medicine to Cosmetic and Laser Surgery. I was always passionate about cosmetic surgery, rejuvenation and anti-aging but my own experience with hair loss changed the course of my career. As luck would have it, I was one of the 40% of women who have visible hair loss by the age of 40. I decided to undergo a hair transplant but was very disappointed by various aspects of my personal experience. I knew that there was a better way.  It was at this seminal moment that my career path changed. 

I then underwent training in hair restoration and transplantation as well as laser surgery. I also underwent advanced training in anti-aging and regenerative technologies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM). I am one of only a handful of physicians in the world actually trained in the Vampire Facial®, Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Breast Lift®, Vampire Wing Lift® (BawaLift®). As an expert in sexual health,  I specialize in pain-free treatments to revitalize your sex life. I offer the BawaShot® for Women O-Shot®, and the BawaShot® for Men P-Shot®.
